Return & Refund Policy

At R-One Organic, we put our heart into every jar of ghee we make. Our promise is
simple: purity, tradition, and trust — just like the ghee your grandmother would’ve made.
Because every drop carries our belief in “Har Boond Mein Bharosa”, we want you
to feel safe and cared for when shopping with us.

Returns

Since our ghee is a natural, perishable product, we usually do not accept returns once the
product has been delivered. However, your trust matters more than rules. If you receive a
product that is:

  • Damaged or leaked during transit
  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)
  • Showing signs of spoilage or quality issues

please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll happily replace the item or initiate a refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for genuine cases such as damage,
    spillage, incorrect product, or quality concerns.
  • Process: Once your concern is verified, your refund will be initiated
    within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Mode of Refund: Prepaid orders will be refunded online. For Cash-on-Delivery
    orders, we will issue credit or bank transfer after confirmation.

How to Raise a Request

  1. Write to us at care@roneorganic.com or call us at +91-7001990085 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order details and clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
  3. Our team will review and resolve it with care.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us directly.
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

We make our ghee in small batches, by hand, with the same care a family takes in its kitchen.
While we cannot take back jars once opened or consumed, we assure you that every concern will be heard with the same warmth and honesty with which we create our products.
